Objectives Amis du Louvre
The Society of Amis du Louvre, created in 1897, is the first private patron of the Louvre Museum. This organization is committed to supporting the Louvre Museum by mobilizing private funds for the enrichment of its collections and the preservation of its artistic heritage.
The main objectives in this project were:
- Creation of the “Members” space : Set up a secure interface so that members can log in, manage their activity reservations, and receive their electronic tickets.
- Integration of a content management dashboard : Allow administrators to dynamically update site content, including news, information, and creation of new pages.
- Tracking news and events : Integrate the ability for visitors to follow news and upcoming events on the site.
- Subscription Management : Allow users to manage their subscriptions from their personal space.
- Customizing ticket information : Allow administrators to customize ticket information and visuals for each activity.
- Safety and performance : Ensure the security of member data and optimize site performance.
- Continuous maintenance : Ensure the maintenance of the site, including future updates and improvements.
In summary, our developers' goals were to create a robust, user-friendly and secure web platform that meets the needs of the members and administrators of the Amis du Louvre society, by integrating key features such as membership management, content management, subscription management, news and event tracking, and ticket customization.
Project
Terros has initiated a site redesign amisdulouvre.fr with the integration of a “members area” logic, available directly on the website when the user connects to the platform.
The platform allows visitors to follow the news of the Amis du Louvre and to consult current and upcoming activities and events.
From their personal space, users have the possibility to book an activity open to their membership category. The implementation of a secure Stripe payment method allows users to make their purchases securely. They then automatically receive their electronic ticket by email to access the event. They can also manage their subscription from this same space.
The platform also gives access to a content management dashboard to site administrators. In this way, they can dynamically update the client site: news, information, title and page structures, as well as create new pages for the site. They can also configure the information and visuals of the tickets that will be displayed when they are generated for a given activity.
Terros is committed to providing a full support to its customers throughout the process of launching a new platform. From the very first stages of our collaboration, we strive to create a prototype in just two weeks, marking the beginning of our partnership. Our approach is structured in four fundamental phases: design, development, deployment and improvement. We put our expertise into practice to design prototypes, develop solutions and iterate, while ensuring a smooth transition for users and administrators of the site, thanks to sessions of regular presentations.
