Project
Terros deployed for Serenest a more secure, fluid and efficient mobile application, based on a robust and modular architecture.
This application offers Serenest users the possibility of meeting all their catering needs in the workplace.
Users can track and manage their badge balances, place click-and-collect orders, and consult various practical information about their restaurant, such as menus, opening hours and the manager in charge. They also have access to their order history. The mobile application retrieves badge information in real time by connecting to Serenest's POS system.
A system of push notifications and in-app ads has also been set up, giving Serenest's marketing teams the opportunity to carry out their communication operations on the various sites.
Terros is fully committed to supporting its customers throughout the process of launching a new platform. From the very first stages, we concretize our collaboration by carrying out a prototype in just two weeks. Our approach is structured in four essential phases: design, development, deployment and evolution. Using our expertise, we prototype, develop and iterate, ensuring a smooth transition through regular demo sessions..
Technologies used: Node.js, React.js, Mantis, PostgreSQL, Stripe
Results and Feedback
- Optimizing operational efficiency: More efficient tracking and management of requests thanks to the application developed by Terros increases the productivity of Serenest teams.
- Adaptability to changing needs: The flexibility of the application's functionalities ensures that Serenest can easily adjust to market developments and user feedback.
- Rapid and responsive expansion: Thanks to the efficiency of the application, Serenest can now open new catering sites in less than 24 hours to quickly seize new opportunities.
“Our mobile application was unable to meet the demands of our 18,000 daily diners.
With Terros, we co-designed a customized dashboard to manage our 70 restaurants, including a completely redesigned mobile app.
I recommend the method and the agility of the team provided!”
