What were Immo Fonctionnaire's objectives?
Immo Fonctionnaire, a platform dedicated to civil servants, aimed to design a new version of your website, with the main objective of simplify the process of changing accommodation for these public agents.
The objectives of the collaboration between Immo Fonctionnaire and Terros to develop a web application are as follows:
- Improved performance and flexibility : to create a new version of the website, offering optimum performance while remaining flexible enough to adapt to the company's changing needs (expansion of services).
- Migrating from WordPress to a custom solution : migrate to a customized solution that meets Immo Fonctionnaire's specific needs.
- Optimizing user experience : our aim is to make the search and use of the platform fluid, intuitive and satisfying for civil servants.
- Safety and reliability : to guarantee the security of user data and the reliability of the platform, particularly during peak summer transfer periods.
In summary, the objectives are to create a new version of the web platform, which is efficient, flexible and quickly deployable while guaranteeing a quality user experience, prioritizing data security and compliance with regulations.
Project
In addition to a ad search engine fluid and efficient, Terros has set up Immo Fonctionnaire a reverse search system, facilitating and accelerating the property search process, whether it is rental, shared accommodation or real estate purchase (old and new developments).
Immo Fonctionnaire enables civil servants to send their housing project directly to owners registered on Immo Fonctionnaire, and receive offers corresponding to their project.
The platform also allows individuals and real estate professionals topost housing ads.
We have also set up a automatic data aggregation system from different real estate players (Ubiflow, Netty, Quintesens) in order to centralize their different advert flows in a single API.
The advertisements are retrieved in XML or CSV format by a program that runs daily and queries a variety of sources:

Every day, hundreds of new ads are automatically integrated into the platform, updated and available for search thanks to a fluid, dynamic filter system.
We've also helped Immo Fonctionnaire's administrators by integrating a management dashboard, from which it's possible to view site activity (visits, registrations, connections...), manage users, ads and housing projects, and generate promotional codes.
Terros is fully committed to supporting its customers throughout the process launching a new platform. From the very first steps, we carry out a prototype in just two weeks, marking the beginning of our collaboration. Our approach is structured in four essential phases: design, development, deployment and evolution. We implement our expertise to prototype, develop and iterate, while ensuring a smooth transition for the Immo Fonctionnaire teams, thanks to training sessions regular demonstrations.

Results and Feedback
- Number of connections: The number of connections on the platform has tripled since the modification of the platform. Immo Fonctionnaire went from 286 connections per month on average in 2022, to an average of 795 connections per month in 2023. It has continued to increase since February 2023.
- Number of ads: The number of ads has exploded, with Immo Fonctionnaire going from an average of 46 ads per month in 2022 to an average of 711 ads per month in 2023.
- Posting an ad in less than 10 minutes.
- Increased platform performance : Insertion of an admin back-office, allowing managers to access a data dashboard, but also to manage online ads. The handling is more fluid, efficient and intuitive than on WordPress.
- THE users can now save the ads they find interesting, to consult them again later. They have access to their invoices and their ads in their personalized space.
