Serenest requested the services of Terros to design a web application e-commerce integrating the event management and the click & collect. The objective was toimprove user experience their customers' needs, while simplifying the management of managers thanks to a back-office equipped with a modular permissions management system.

What were the objectives for the Event by Serenest platform?
Event by Serenest, a platform dedicated to Serenest's client companies, aimed to become the new e-commerce website version RoomService, with new features. Their main goal was to improve the ordering experience of meal trays, drinks and various services while facilitating the management of numerous Sites by Administrators.
The objectives of the collaboration between Serenest and Terros to develop this web application were as follows:
- Improving the customer experience : creation of a user-friendly and intuitive web application for Serenest customers.
- Development of new features : improving the operational efficiency of Serenest, in particular thanks to the application's back-office, allowing all types of users to benefit from different permissions.
- Performance optimization : fast, efficient operation by minimizing loading times, optimizing server requests and using efficient coding practices.
- Secure payment integration : secure payment system that complies with security standards (PCI DSS)
- Scalability : Ability to integrate new sites and customer companies over time without compromising web application performance.
In summary, the objectives were to develop a e-commerce web platform efficient, scalable and flexible. This platform aimed to improve the operational efficiency of administrators while offering users smooth navigation, with all services available on a single platform.
Project
In addition to offering navigation fluid and intuitive For users, Terros has implemented on the e-commerce site Event by Serenest a robust back office, provided with modular permissions. The latter allows efficient user management, thus optimizing the operational time of administrators. In addition, it integrates a in-depth analysis of statistics, providing managers with an accurate assessment of the performance of sites and/or companies. The back office is also equipped with a activity log to track the actions performed, and offers a complete order and shopping cart management, including features of RELAUNCH automated email campaigns to maximize abandoned cart conversion.
We have also set up a data export system, allowing administrators and managers to export various elements from the back office, including: turnover, products, orders and customers. This subsequently allows financial analyses, sales reports, inventory management, implementation of marketing strategies, or other.
Every day, new products and services are put online on the platform, making them available to thousands of Serenest customer users.
Terros is fully committed to supporting its customers throughout the process launching a new platform. From the very first steps, we carry out a prototype in just two weeks, marking the beginning of our collaboration. Our approach is structured in four essential phases: design, development, deployment and evolution. We implement our expertise to prototype, develop and iterate, while ensuring a smooth transition for the Immo Fonctionnaire teams, thanks to training sessions regular demonstrations.

Results and Feedback
- Number of users: The platform currently has over 60 sites, with over 500 corporate clients and over 2,500 users. Of course, it was designed to be scalable, allowing more customers to be added over time.
- Number of products and categories: On launch day, the platform offers more than 30 categories, bringing together a catalog of more than 300 products.
