Hiptown improves its accounting management and reduces errors thanks to automated exports
Introduction
Hiptown, founded in 2019, transforms unused space into revenue-generating assets by creating coworking spaces and flexible offices in France. In just a few years, the company has opened around twenty locations, which has led to increasingly complex management of customer subscriptions and associated accounting processes.
To improve the management of its transactions and subscriptions, Hiptown sought to automate its accounting export, allowing its accounting team to better track and verify transactions centrally.
Solution and project schedule
To meet Hiptown's needs, Terros implemented an automated accounting export solution, integrating subscriptions and transactions via Stripe, as well as receipt exports from Tactill. Each week, several consolidated export files are sent from these different sources to Hiptown's accounting team. These files include all the week's transactions, subscription information, and specific metadata to simplify customer management and tracking.
