Hiptown called on Terros in order to design a web and mobile platform to increase the productivity of its administrators and site managers and thus gain in efficiency, while reducing the related operating costs.

What were the design goals for Hiptown?

Hiptown values unused spaces to turn them into assets that can generate income for owners. As part of this activity, the company, created in 2019, quickly opened around twenty coworking sites, flexible offices and operated in France.

The objectives in the collaboration between Hiptown and Terros were as follows:


  • Increased productivity and operational efficiency: The primary objective of this collaboration was to introduce technological tools that would allow Hiptown to optimize its internal operations, simplify workflows, and thus increase the productivity of its administrative team.
  • Reduction of operating costs: By developing a custom solution, Hiptown aimed to reduce operating costs by automating processes, avoiding repetitive manual tasks and improving the overall efficiency of its business model.
  • Improved customer management: The collaboration with Terros aimed to improve customer relationship management by providing more efficient ways to track customer information and needs, thereby delivering a more seamless and personalized customer experience.
  • Customization and modularity: The goal was to create a flexible platform that allowed Hiptown to customize features to their specific needs and add modules as they grew, ensuring a scalable and adaptable solution.
  • Mobility: The collaboration aimed to deliver a mobile application that allowed Hiptown administrators and managers to manage their operations on the go, improving their mobility and ability to respond quickly to customer needs and operational challenges.

A tailor-made customer management platform combined with a mobile booking application.

Terros has set up for Hiptown a platform allowing their customers and users to view their information and reservations, as well as manage their teams.

On this same platform, the administrators and managers Hiptown have access to a Management Dashboard from which they can manage information and services of their various Sites, as well as their Customers' information. They can generate contracts of these latter via Docusign and also track user requests, in addition to being able to create invoices associated with these requests. Using a system of modular permissions Providing access to management features, Hiptown administrators can assign their managers to one or more Sites, and the latter can appoint a Customer Referral, in charge of his company's information and users.

In parallel, Terros also worked on the development of a mobile application allowing Hiptown users to book a room at their workplace, from their personal space.

At Terros, our commitment towards our customers is total when we them let's accompany in the launch of a new platform. From the start of our collaboration, we set up a prototype in just two weeks, thus marking the starting point of our partnership. Our approach is based on four essential phases: the design, THE development, THE deployment and evolution. We apply our expertise to prototype, develop and iterate, while ensuring a smooth transition for Hiptown teams, thanks to sessions of regular demonstrations.

  • Increased productivity thanks to the monitoring and management of requests on a single interface, as well as the generation of invoices and contracts by the platform: allows to significantly accelerate and simplify the processing of requests
  • Personalization and security information shared with users through a modular permissions system
  • Security and ease of payment thanks to the integration of Stripe, managing the platform's subscriptions and recurring payments
