Hiptown improves accounting management and reduces errors through automated exports
Hiptown, founded in 2019, transforms unused spaces into revenue-generating assets by creating coworking spaces and flexible offices in France. To improve transaction and subscription management, Hiptown automated its accounting export.

Project Context
Introduction
Hiptown, founded in 2019, transforms unused spaces into revenue-generating assets by creating coworking spaces and flexible offices in France. In just a few years, the company has opened around twenty sites, which has led to increasingly complex management of client subscriptions and associated accounting processes.
To improve the management of its transactions and subscriptions, Hiptown sought to automate its accounting export, allowing its accounting team to better track and verify operations centrally.
Solution
Solution and Project Progress
To meet Hiptown's needs, Terros implemented an accounting export automation solution, integrating subscriptions and transactions via Stripe, as well as cash register ticket exports from Tactill. Each week, several consolidated export files are sent from these different sources to Hiptown's accounting team. These files group all weekly transactions, subscription information, and specific metadata to simplify customer management and tracking.
