Serenest, a leader in premium corporate catering, commissioned Terros to create a custom solution that automates their invoicing process, notably integrating with the PiElectronique point-of-sale system.

Client Overview
Serenest, a leader in premium corporate catering, operates over 60 office sites in the Île-de-France region. With a reputation for excellence and personalized service, Serenest aims to strengthen its financial processes to better reflect its service quality and absorb the growth of its client portfolio.
Objective
Develop an invoicing automation platform that not only facilitates and secures financial transaction management but also improves efficiency for Serenest's clients.
Why automate the invoicing process?
Invoicing is crucial for any growing business, as it impacts cash flow management and client relationships.
The diversity of Serenest's offerings and clients made revenue tracking and the client invoicing process particularly complex, time-consuming, error-prone, and difficult to automate with market tools.

The platform automates the generation, control, and sending of client invoices from imported transactions across Serenest's various activities:

Orders from Event by Serenest for events
Now, Serenest teams have a single platform that is faster, more reliable, and provides real-time updated information to accurately analyze revenue across all business sites.
Results
Results and Feedback
3 months after launch, the IAS platform is a success:
100% of client files are recorded on the platform along with their specific contract parameters
100% of event revenue from Event by Serenest is automatically invoiced upon order delivery, without any human intervention.
60% of RIE invoices are semi-automatically generated: the platform creates the proforma, its various lines and calculates amounts based on the recipient and period selected by the accountant.
30% of RIE invoices are automatically generated while maintaining the possibility of control before validation.
10% of RIE invoices are generated via the platform by manually entering amounts and quantities when they concern exceptional revenue or transactions not recorded by a PiElectronique cash register.
The platform is used by the entire Serenest Accounting, Finance and Management Control team. Its adoption was particularly rapid due to a custom design, carried out in close collaboration with Serenest teams.
