Project Context

Serenest's Objectives

As a food service operator, the catering company offers high-end, eco-responsible homemade meals in more than 70 restaurants, among other services (click and collect, delivery, brasserie...). The catering company works with large companies such as Netflix, Unesco, Paris Saint-Germain, or Volkswagen.

The objectives of the collaboration between Serenest and Terros for the redesign of their mobile application were:

  • Improve customer experience: create a user-friendly and intuitive mobile application for Serenest clients.

  • Optimize restaurant management: simplify restaurant management for Serenest managers.

  • Develop new features: improve Serenest's operational efficiency.

  • Ensure stability and security: stable, reliable, secure application capable of handling the expected volume of transactions and users.

  • Performance optimization: fast and efficient operation by minimizing loading times, optimizing server queries and using efficient coding practices.

  • Cross-platform compatibility: iOS & Android development.

  • Secure payment integration: secure payment system compliant with security standards (PCI DSS).

In summary, our objectives were to create a high-performance mobile application that improved the customer experience, optimized restaurant management and met Serenest's specific needs.

Project

Terros deployed for Serenest a more secure, fluid and performant mobile application, based on a robust and modular architecture.

This application offers Serenest users the possibility to meet all their catering needs at their workplace.

Users can track and manage their badge balance, place click and collect orders, and view various practical information about their restaurant, such as menus, opening hours and the manager in charge. In addition, they have access to their past order history. The mobile application retrieves badge information in real time by connecting to Serenest's point of sale system.

A push notification and in-app announcement system has also been implemented, giving Serenest's marketing teams the ability to conduct their communication operations across different sites.

Our mobile application was not able to meet the demand of our 18,000 daily diners.We co-designed with Terros a custom dashboard to manage our 70 restaurants, allowing us to administer a completely redesigned mobile app.I recommend the method and agility of the team made available!
