Week'in – A comprehensive building management platform

Project Context

What were Week'in's design objectives?

Nexity is the first integrated French real estate group, operating across all real estate development and services businesses. Nexity Entreprise brings together its expertise in workplace consulting and design, as well as the enhancement of these spaces by offering concierge services.

The objectives of the collaboration between Nexity and Terros to develop a web application were as follows:

  • User Experience (UX) Improvement: The main objective was to improve the user experience of the application. This meant making the interface user-friendly, intuitive and attractive for Nexity Entreprise administrators and managers. The application had to be easy to navigate and use.

  • Service Centralization: The application aimed to bring together all the services offered by Service Personnel and Week'in within a single platform. The goal was to simplify access to services for users by eliminating the need to go through multiple applications or systems to access different functionalities.

  • Administrator and Manager Productivity: The application was to contribute to increasing the productivity of Nexity administrators and managers. This included automating administrative tasks, efficient workspace management, facilitating service requests. This will allow users to save time and optimize their operations.

  • Workspace Enhancement: The application was to help enhance workspaces managed by Nexity Entreprise. This included managing space reservations, providing concierge services, and any other functionality that contributed to creating an attractive and efficient work environment.

  • Collaboration between Nexity and Terros: A key objective of this collaboration was to support Nexity throughout the project to design, develop and implement this web application together. Effective communication and coordination between the two parties was essential to achieve the set objectives.

  • Adaptation to Nexity needs: The application was to be designed to specifically meet Nexity needs. This meant it had to be flexible and customizable to adapt to changing business requirements.

Solution

Project - Week'in

Terros implemented for Nexity a new web platform bringing together Week'in and Service Personnel services, offering respectively innovative corporate concierge services, community management and corporate building management.

The Week'in platform responds on one hand to all its users' requests, offering different services available at their workplace, from catering to events, including concierge services. Users can communicate directly with their concierge via an internal messaging system. Thus the platform offers real-time tracking and management of requests. It also allows them to book a meeting room at their workplace, or simply consult the latest news and interact with it (events, work, surveys...).

On the other hand, it responds to all the requests of Site administrators and managers, offering a set of management features. It allows the administration of services and providers offered to users, as well as news for each site and company. A modular permissions system allows managing information sharing to users in a personalized and secure way. The platform also allows management of platform users, as well as real-time tracking of their requests. In addition, it offers the possibility to monitor Week'in activity by configuring different key performance indicators with adjustable parameters.

Terros is fully committed to supporting its clients throughout the process of launching a new platform. From the first steps, we create a prototype in just two weeks, marking the beginning of our collaboration. Our approach is structured in four essential phases: design, development, deployment and evolution. We implement our expertise to prototype, develop and iterate, while ensuring a smooth transition for Week'in and Service Personnel teams, thanks to regular demonstration sessions.
