Introduction

Flowee, a platform dedicated to hybrid work management, has collaborated with Citizengate et Terros pour développer une solution complète permettant aux entreprises de gérer efficacement leurs espaces de travail et d’animer les interactions entre collaborateurs, qu’ils soient en présentiel ou en télétravail. Ce projet vise à répondre aux nouveaux besoins des entreprises en matière d’organisation flexible du travail, en facilitant la gestion des espaces, des réservations et des équipes à distance.

Solution and project schedule 💡

Flowee collaborated with Terros to design a high-performance and secure platform. The infrastructure is based on two technological pillars:

• Intuitive frontend interfaces : Terros has developed the user interfaces for the Flowee web application, offering a seamless experience for both administrators and employees. These interfaces enable users to manage spaces, reserve and purchase credits directly from the web application.

• Content management : The platform enables Flowee administrators to manage all content (sites, spaces, users, credits, etc.) via a centralized interface.

The Flowee platform targets three types of users:

• Flowee Administrator : It can manage all aspects of the platform, from sites and workspaces to users.
• Team managers : They can reserve workspaces and coordinate teams via the application.
• Individual users : They can reserve spaces, use credits and access the platform's various services.

• Improving productivity : Thanks to a fluid interface and robust webservices, users can manage their workspaces and reservations quickly and efficiently.
