What were the objectives of GoServices?
GoServices improves corporate life by offering an innovative concierge service. Employees benefit from exclusive services at preferential rates, freeing them from the constraints of everyday life.
The main objective was to develop a user-friendly and easy-to-use web platform for GoServices users, administrators and concierges:

Project
Terros has set up a dynamic and intuitive web platform, meeting the management needs of both GoServices administrators and concierges, as well as those of their subscribed users. The GoServices platform offers a complete concierge service experience to its users, by grouping together various services on a single interface.
In addition to being able carry out and follow up on all their requests online: in progress, billed, history of requests and payments, users can communicate directly with their concierge using a cat, to best follow their request. In addition, users can view a news feed on their homepage, allowing them to stay informed about events, services and exclusive sales offered by their workplace, providing a user-friendly business interface.
For the GoServices administrators and janitors, All management of requests and users of the platform is done on a single Dashboard. In addition to providing a activity analysis of its site thanks to the integration of Matomo Analytics, it allows the administrator and the manager to manage and track requests of their users, in addition to the services offered, or even update news of the community. They also have control over a modular permissions system to manage the information and services shared with the different users of the platform.
Terros commits to supporting its customers throughout the process launching a new platform. From the very first steps, we carry out a prototype in just two weeks, marking the beginning of our collaboration. Our approach is structured in four essential phases: design, development, deployment and evolution. We implement our expertise to prototype, develop and iterate, while ensuring a smooth transition for GoServices teams, thanks to onboarding sessions regular demonstrations.
