What were the design goals for Week'in?
Nexity is the leading integrated French real estate group, operating in all areas of real estate development and services. Nexity Enterprise brings together its expertise in consulting and designing workspaces, as well as enhancing the value of these spaces by offering concierge services.
The objectives of the collaboration between Nexity and Terros to develop a web application were as follows:
- Improving User Experience (UX) : The main objective was to improve the user experience of the application. This meant making the interface user-friendly, intuitive and attractive for Nexity Entreprise administrators and managers. The app had to be easy to navigate and use.
- Centralization of services : The application aimed to bring together all the services offered by Service Personnel and Week'in within a single platform. The objective was to simplify access to services for users by eliminating the need to go through multiple applications or systems to access different features.
- Productivity of administrators and managers : The application was to contribute to increase productivity Nexity administrators and managers. This included the automation of administrative tasks, efficient management of workspaces, and facilitation of service requests. This will allow users to save time and optimize their operations.
- Valorization of workspaces : The application was supposed to help Promote workspaces managed by Nexity Entreprise. This included managing space reservations, providing concierge services, and any other functionality that helped create an attractive and efficient work environment.
- Collaboration between Nexity and Terros : A key objective of this collaboration was to support Nexity throughout the project to design, develop and implement this web application together. effective communication and coordination between the two parties were essential to achieve the set objectives.
- Adaptation to Nexity’s needs : The application had to be designed to specifically meet Nexity's needs. This meant that it had to be flexible and customizable to adapt to changing business requirements.
Project - Week'in
Terros has set up Nexity a new one web platform by grouping the services together Week'in and Personal Servicel, respectively offering innovative corporate concierge, community management and corporate building management services.
The Week'in platform responds on the one hand to all the requests of its users, by offering various services available at their workplace, from catering to events, including concierge services. Users can communicate directly with their concierge, via a internal messaging. Thus the platform offers monitoring and a real time management requests. It also allows them to book a room meeting at their workplace, or simply check the latest news and there interact (events, works, surveys, etc.).
It also responds to all requests from administrators and managers of Sites, offering a set of management features. It allows the administration services and providers offered to users, as well as news for each of the sites and companies. A modular permissions system allows you to manage the sharing of information to users in a personalized and secure manner. The platform also allows the management of the platform's users, as well as the follow-up of their requests in real time. In addition, it offers the possibility of monitor activity of Week'in by configuring different key performance indicators with adjustable parameters.
Terros is fully committed to supporting its customers throughout the process launching a new platform. From the very first steps, we carry out a prototype in just two weeks, marking the beginning of our collaboration. Our approach is structured in four essential phases: design, development, deployment and evolution. We implement our expertise to prototype, develop and iterate, while ensuring a smooth transition for the Week'in and Personal Service teams, thanks to regular demonstration sessions.

- Centralization concierge and community management services on a single application, which fluidifie significantly improves request tracking and management, for both users and platform managers, providing a more efficient request handling.
- Increased flexibility of the platform and its management thanks to a modular permissions system, allowing the management of information and services shared with different users, in a way personalized and secure.
- Security and ease of payment by the tailor-made integration of a banking solution on the platform that ensures the security and ease of payments for users, while simplifying transaction management for administrators. This approach strengthens user confidence and optimizes the efficiency of financial management.
